YOU WANT A DRY/DAMP BUT NOT WET FEEL TO THE SOIL. IF ITS DRY SIMPLY WATER MORE REGULARLY, ON THE OTHER HAND IF THE SOIL IS WET WE RECOMMEND CUTTING THE LAWN TO ALLOW SUNLIGHT TO REALLY GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GRASS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
